Sanitarium engaged DLUX to implement a centralised Digital Asset Management hub across Australia, New Zealand, and international teams. Using Aprimo DAM, DLUX established a single source of truth with clear governance and streamlined access for internal teams and partners
Before Aprimo, assets lived across SharePoint, Google Drive, local servers, and hard drives. Teams struggled to locate the right version, naming was inconsistent, duplicates were common, and rights and expiry information was hard to manage. External sharing was manual and slow, increasing rework and brand risk
Sanitarium is exploring additional Aprimo AI Elite use cases and refining its prompts to automatically capture key attributes from imagery and videos, including flavours, pack sizes, languages, and other critical information.
The goal is to reduce manual effort and accelerate content reuse. Sanitarium will also explore additional connections of Aprimo DAM to other enterprise-wide systems
